Not sure if this recipe is identical to the one we did aaaages ago, but it was a Nigella chocolate loaf and it was really moist and rich, definitely served it with crème fraîche instead of cream. But if chocolate’s what you’re after you’ll want the melting fondant cakes recipe as interpreted by Freya, mumma’ll vouch for its raw power!
